Describe your overall health prior to your care:

I have been suffering from severe pain from my neck/ nape to shoulder blades and both upper and lower back with frequent headaches/ migraine.

I feel so sickly and old.

How has Chiropractic benefited your health?

The treatment have “amazingly” relieved me. The “painful” life (back pain) has gone without taking a dose of medicine.
