Headaches and Migraine
Headaches are common, but they are certainly not normal.
They are usually caused by nerve compression at the neck or irritation of certain muscles in the neck causing referral pain.
Medication provides temporary relief but does not correct the underlying cause of the problem.
Clues:
- triggered by stress
- accompanies neck and shoulder tension
